PURPOSE: A horizontal load test of a pile group and a horizontal load test method using the same are provided to perform horizontal loading tests of a fixed-end pile group and a free-end pile group simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal load test of a pile group comprises a fixed-end pile group unit(200), a free-end pile group unit(300), and a horizontal power applying unit(400). The lower part of the fixed-end pile group unit is formed into a fixed-end The upper parts of a plurality of first piles(210), which lower parts are installed in the ground surface, are formed into fixed-ends, thereby forming a fixed-end pile group. The fixed-end pile group unit is constituted for measuring horizontal resistance properties of the fixed-end pile group. The upper parts of a plurality of second piles(310), which lower parts are installed in the ground surface, are formed into free-ends, thereby forming a free-end pile group. The free-end pile group unit is constituted for measuring horizontal resistance properties of the fixed-end pile group. The horizontal power applying unit is installed between the fixed-end pile group unit and the free-end pile group unit for applying horizontal power to the same simultaneously. |
