PURPOSE: A system and method for simultaneously transmitting data in a heterogeneous network are provided to improve data service quality by effectively changing data traffic of an entire network. CONSTITUTION: A transmission device divides data into two or more pieces of partial data. The transmission device selects one out of first partial data and second partial data. A first network device(200) receives the first partial data from the transmission device. A second network device(300) receives the second partial data from the transmission device. A receiving device receives the first partial data from the first network device. The receiving device receives the second partial data from the second network device. The receiving device combines the first partial data with the second partial data.
