PURPOSE: A power supply using the battery is provided to operate a fuel cell system with a constant power, thereby improving the durability of actuators. CONSTITUTION: A power system (100) consumes fuel to generate electricity. A battery system (110) is connected between a grid (200) and the power system. The battery system charges power produced by the power system, or discharges power to the grid under the control of a power controller (150). The battery system comprises a battery pack.
