PURPOSE: A PVC(Premature Ventricular Contraction) judging system using RR interval, a method thereof, and a recording medium storing a program implementing the same are provided to allow an early decision for treatment by early detecting changes in the feature amount of an electrocardiogram. CONSTITUTION: A signal preprocessing part(110) receives an electrocardiogram signal and preprocesses it. An algorithm processing part(130) establishes an R wave threshold value to detect R wave from the preprocessed electrocardiogram signal, and a window space. An R wave detecting part(120) detects R wave by comparing amplitude value of the electrocardiogram signal and the R wave threshold value in the window space. An RR interval calculating part(140) calculates an RR interval using the detected R wave. A PVC judging part(150) judges the PVC state using the calculated RR interval.
