PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonaceous composition which can be used to constitute a super capacitor/cell electrode, a porous electrode which can be used in such a cell, a process for manufacturing the electrode, and a cell incorporating such an electrode.SOLUTION: The composition can be used to come into contact with an aqueous ion electrolyte, is based on carbonaceous powder, and includes a hydrophilic binder formation system. The system contains at least one first cross-linked polymer following a weight fraction of 3-10% in one composition, having a number-average molecular weight Mn larger than 1000 g/mol, and including an alcohol group, and at least one second polymer following a weight fraction of 0.3-3% in one composition, having pKa of 0-6 and a number-average molecular weight Mn larger than 500 g/mol, and including at least one acid. The at least one first polymer is thermally crosslinked under the presence of the at least one second polymer. |
