PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning member that suppresses peeling-off of an elastic layer from a core body.SOLUTION: A cleaning member comprises: a core body 100A; a foam elastic layer 100B that has two or more foam elastic members whose one or both ends in the longitudinal direction are connected with each other, the foam elastic members being spirally arranged from one end to the other end in the shaft direction of the core body 100A; and an adhesion layer 100D for causing the foam elastic layer 100B to be adhered to the core body 100A.
