PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic member that further suppresses adhesion of toner or an external additive, hardly causes defects on electrophotographic images, and has uniform conductivity.SOLUTION: An electrophotographic member comprises: a conductive substrate; and a conductive resin layer as a surface layer. The resin layer contains conductive particles and a binder resin; and the binder resin is a polymer in which a polymer chain having a butadiene skeleton is crosslinked by an organopolysiloxane chain having a specific structure.
