PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-accuracy diagnostic image.SOLUTION: This diagnostic image processing method for outputting a diagnostic image based on measurement data obtained by the nuclear magnetic resonance of a measurement target in a prescribed magnetic filed space includes: a measurement data conversion step of converting the measurement data into projection data; a correction step of generating a projection data expectation value for performing correction based on the projection data obtained in the measurement data conversion step to a prescribed initial image; and an image update step of updating the initial image by use of a coefficient obtained from the projection data and the projection data expectation value.
