<p>Disclosed are a TFT-LCD substrate pixel point charging method and device and a source driver, which are capable of charging an upper substrate electrode and a lower substrate electrode pixel point. The charging method comprises: switching on a first switch, a second switch, a third switch and a fourth switch, switching off a fifth switch, a sixth switch and a seventh switch, and charging a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a third capacitor and a fourth capacitor; switching off the first switch, the second switch, the third switch, the fourth switch, the sixth switch and the seventh switch, and charging a fifth capacitor; switching off the fifth switch, switching on the first switch, the second switch, the third switch, the fourth switch, the sixth switch and the seventh switch, so that the first capacitor stores positive six-bit pixel voltage and the fourth capacitor stores negative six-bit pixel voltage; and charging the lower substrate pixel point by the first capacitor and the fourth capacitor, and charging the upper substrate electrode by the fifth capacitor.</p> |
