The invention relates to a flow-rate selector (100; 100') comprising a main body (101) at least partially defining a duct (102) for feeding a pourable product; a shutter body (103) mobile, within said main body (101), between a relative downstream stop position, in which the shutter body (103) at least partially engages a segment (110B) of the main body (101) defining an outlet of said pourable product, and a relative upstream stop position in which the body (103) leaves the outlet segment (110B) free; characterised in that the shutter body (103) comprises a tubular body (111) defining internally a duct (112; 112' ) through which the pourable product can flow and which has a smaller section than the section of said feeding duct (102).
