The arrangement (14) has a bent lever element (26) swingably pivoted at a motor vehicle structure (12) and at a cover element (16) around respective pivotal axes (28, 30). The lever element is coupled with the motor vehicle structure and the cover element in regions of the respective pivotal axes over respective spring elements (38, 40) i.e. spiral springs. Spring moments (M1, M2) of the respective spring elements act in opposite directions about the respective pivot axes. The cover element comprises a support portion (17) co-acted on a region (32) of the motor vehicle structure.
