PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate for culture of a cardiovascular tissue, capable of regenerating a blood vessel with extremely high efficiency by seeding a cell thereon followed by transplanting, and a method for producing a transplant cardiovascular tissue, a regeneration method of a cardiovascular tissue, and a transplant cardiovascular tissue, each using the same.SOLUTION: A substrate for culture of a cardiovascular tissue has a tubular shape and includes a foam including a bioabsorbable material, which is reinforced with a reinforcing material including a bioabsorbable material and a reinforcing yarn including a bioabsorbable material. The reinforcing yarn and reinforcing material are located on the center or outer surface of the foam, with the inner surface being composed of the foam. |
