PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve cost reduction by reusing at least some of magnetic powder contained in a collected flock without disposing of the same, in oil-containing water treatment of a flocculation magnetic separation system.SOLUTION: An oil-containing water treatment system 100 includes: a three-phase separator 2 separating an object to be treated containing oil and water into oil and oil-containing water in which oil components are suspended; a rapid agitation tank 9 and a slow agitation tank 10 generating a flock comprising an aggregate of the suspended oil components and magnetic powder attached thereto by adding the separated oil-containing water to a flocculant and the magnetic powder; a magnetic separation part 17 separating the generated flock from the oil-containing water by magnetic force; a magnetic separator 26 collecting the magnetic powder from the separated flock by the magnetic force; and a return mechanism returning a residue of the flock after the magnetic powder is collected to an upstream side of the three-phase separator 2 and returning the collected magnetic powder to the rapid agitation tank 9.
