PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power system enabling easy installment and efficient power conversion by a plurality of solar cells.SOLUTION: In the photovoltaic power system for system-interconnecting a first solar cell and a second solar cell having maximum output power smaller than that of the first solar cell, which are connected in parallel to each other, to a commercial power system through a power conditioner, a voltage control unit for performing MPPT control to the output of the second solar cell is connected between the second solar cell and the power conditioner. When an output voltage V0 subjected to the MPPT control performed by the voltage control unit is lower than the output voltage of the first solar cell, a set-up voltage Vu boosted from the output voltage V0 to the output voltage of the first solar cell is set as a supply voltage on the power conditioner side. When the output voltage V0 is the same voltage for a predetermined time or longer, the output voltage based on a set-down voltage Vd lowered from the output voltage V0 by an amount of a predetermined voltage is set as a supply voltage on the power conditioner side. |
