PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration that can surely prevent freeze of a pipe outside a water heater in a connection type water heater system having an instant hot water function.SOLUTION: A connection type water heater system includes a water supply channel 10 and a hot water supply path 11 common among a plurality of water heaters 1a to 1c, and the water supply channel 10 and the hot water supply path 11 have a circulation pump 14 to constitute a circulation path A. When freeze prevention control of a pipe outside the water heater is performed, the circulation pump 14 is continuously operated for a fixed period based on the contact signal of a temperature switch 19 housed in a casing 18 independent of the water heaters 1a to 1c, and then whether to perform freeze prevention control is determined based on the detection temperature of the input water temperature sensor 5a of the water heater 1a. |
