PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam irradiation device capable of cutting and processing an object to be cut appropriately in a desired size.SOLUTION: A laser beam irradiation device of the present invention irradiates an irradiation object with a laser beam, and includes a table having a holding surface for holding the irradiation object, a scanner capable of two-axis scanning of a laser beam on a plain surface parallel with the holding surface, and a mobile device capable of moving the table relatively with respect to the scanner.
