PURPOSE: Taxi information by using short distance wireless communications, an automatic payment system, and a method thereof are provided to automatically receive the taxi information in a user terminal when the user of the terminal takes a taxi. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communications device (100) is installed in a taxi and an external memory card is installed to provide short distance wireless communications. A first terminal (200) connects the wireless communications device and the short distance wireless communications, receives and displays taxi information, transmits own GPS information and time information, and receives an input signal of users. A second terminal (300) receives the taxi information and the GPS information from a server (400), transmits own position information, and receives estimated time information of arrival.
