PURPOSE: A lamination apparatus for an optical film sheet is provided to facilitate handling by arranging three different layer shaped member sheets in the same level. CONSTITUTION: A first lamination station (101) is installed in a place separated by a first specific distance from one end of a first path. A panel transmission line (102) conveys a panel member (w) to the first lamination apparatus. A first layer shaped member transmission line conveys a first layer shaped member to the first lamination station. A first lamination unit (104) laminates the panel member transmitted to the first lamination station and the first layer shaped member sheet, and forms a first intermediate laminate (100). A first inter-path conveyance unit (30) accommodates the first intermediate laminate in an accommodation end unit (31), conveys the accommodated first intermediate laminate toward a second path, is arranged to give and receive to and from the second path in a reception end unit (32).
