PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball joint that can reduce manufacturing costs in manufacturing a housing while applying a ball part as a core.SOLUTION: A second projection 30 receiving input load from a ball stud 15 side is disposed at a second opening 28 side of an inner chamber 26 of a housing 16. As the input load from the ball stud 15 side does not add to a plug 17, the plug 17 can be pressed and fixed to the housing 16. Manufacturing man-hours can be reduced in comparison with a case when the plug is fixed to the housing 16 by caulking, so the manufacturing costs in manufacturing the housing 16 while applying a ball part 21 as a core, can be reduced. |
