A fender panel structure of vehicles is provided to improve outside appearance by concealing a combined part of an apron cover. A fender panel structure of vehicles comprises: a fender panel(10); a fender apron panel(20) located in the bottom side of the fender panel; and an apron cover(30) which is located upper than the fender apron panel in order to cover the fender apron panel. The apron cover is combined with the fender panel. A joint part of the apron cover combined with the fender panel downward protrudes to the fender apron panel. The fender panel is overlapped on the bottom side of the apron cover and comprises a flange(14) having a fitting part. The apron cover has a boss(32) inserted in the fitting part(14A) of the flange of the fender panel. |
