PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic compound analyzer and an organic compound analysis method, that are capable of obtaining a sharper vibration peak compared to conventional infrared absorption spectroscopy in a non-destructive and non-contacting manner by using Raman scattering spectroscopy in a low wave number area, that are advantageous in separating a molecular structure such as the molecular structure of an organic compound or an interatomic bonding state, and that simplify identification of organic compounds and specification of molecular structures.SOLUTION: An analyzer 100 includes: a laser light source 10; an object lens 20 for converging excitation light from the laser light source on an Ni sample substrate 80; a dichroic beam splitter 30 that reflects the excitation light from the laser light source, and that at least transmits Raman scattering light having a vibration frequency difference of 900 cmor less with respect to the excitation light, out of scattering light emitted from the Ni sample substrate 80; an edge filter 40 for Raman spectroscopy for separating Rayleigh scattering light in transmission light transmitted through the dichroic beam splitter from the Raman scattering light; and a spectroscope 50 for dispersing the Raman scattering light. |
