PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool pack structure which has a simple structure, and can easily be manufactured/assembled, and has no fear of water leakage, and can improve the cooling efficiency for a die portion. SOLUTION: An ironing die module has such a structure that a flat plate ring shape ironing die is sandwiched at its both surfaces by disk shape water rings. The water ring is provided with an inlet port and an outlet port for water for adjusting temperature on their vicinity positions, and has an almost annular groove formed on the surface to be contact with the ironing die so as to communicate the inlet port and the outlet port. Further, in the ironing die module, O-rings are arranged on the contacting surfaces of the water ring and the ironing die on the outside and inside of the annular groove respectively.
