<p>The magnetic resonance imaging device (100) in an embodiment is provided with an acquisition unit (26d), a correction-coefficient derivation unit (26e), an amplification-degree derivation unit (26f), and a filtering unit (22c). The acquisition unit (26d) acquires the distribution of a high-frequency magnetic field. The correction-coefficient derivation unit (26e) uses the distribution of the high-frequency magnetic field to derive transmission-correction coefficients for correcting transmission irregularities that appear in an image due to RF-pulse transmission. The amplification-degree derivation unit (26f) uses the distribution of the high-frequency magnetic field or the transmission-correction coefficients to derive, for each pixel, the degree to which noise components in the image are amplified by the aforementioned correction. The filtering unit (22c) subjects each pixel in the corrected image to filtering tailored to the aforementioned amplification degrees.</p> |
