摘要 PURPOSE: A method for managing an underground water level is provided for field engineers to handle emergency situations by providing managing criteria including accurate monitoring, accurate investigation, and cause analysis by stages in an emergency monitoring state. CONSTITUTION: The minimum value of the long term variation of underground water is obtained(S10). The decline of an underground water level is generated in an underground cavern excavation state(S20). The minimum value of the long term variation of the underground water after the underground cavern excavation is obtained(S30). The decline amount of the underground water level is calculated(S50). A monitoring state is determined as a normal monitoring state when the decline amount of the underground water level d is maintained to be more than 0.9(S90). The monitoring state is determined as an emergency monitoring state when the amount of the decline of the underground water level d is maintained to be less than 0.9(S60). An accurate monitoring is implemented when the amount of the decline of the underground water level d is less than 0.9 and more than 0.7(S71, S81).
