The holder has an anchoring element (5) that is connected to conductor support portion. A shaft (5.1) with elastic material is located on underside of support portion along an extension direction (X) to a lower shaft end (5.11). Two blades (5.2) are connected on opposite sides of shaft. An extending slit (5.12) is arranged between blades and is extended to point portion (5.13) toward support portion. The anchoring element is pressed in extension direction in covering when the blades is squeezed in the direction of shaft for moving two partial portions (5.1a,5.1b) apart.
