PURPOSE: A multi-gauge strip material and a method and apparatus for manufacturing the same are provided to economically produce products with various shapes and sizes without limitation. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a multi-gauge strip material forms a thin part (1) into a trapezoid or a circle on the material so that the thickness of the thin part gradually decreases. A thick part (2) between the thin parts is widened, and the lengths of the thin parts to be increased are limited as much as a widened thickness (volume). The method increases the length of the thick part as much as the widened volume, and synchronizes and elongates the lengths of the thin parts and the thick part, thereby forming a multi-gauge strip on which the one or multiple thin parts and thick parts are formed. |
