PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stator suitable for a flyer-type winding process and particularly suitable for an automated manufacturing process, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A core element sub-assembly 201 included in a stator has a first holding groove 35, which holds a coil start part of a winding, and a second holding groove 36, which holds a coil end part of the winding, at positions which are on an axial end surface of an annular covering part 22 and shifted in a circumferential direction relatively to a tooth covering part 23. The first holding groove 35 and the second holding groove 36 are located on both sides of the tooth covering part 23 and separated more from each other as extending in a radially outward direction. Thereby, the positions and the directions of the first holding groove 35 and the second holding groove 36 match a path of a lead wire of a flyer type. Thus, this invention can realize a stator suitable for a flyer-type winding process. |
