PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alkaline phosphatase which has high stability, is good in handling, and is high in specific activity.SOLUTION: There is disclosed an alkaline phosphatase comprising: one of a polypeptide comprising a specific amino acid sequence originated from Shewanella chilikensis; a polypeptide comprising a sequence of the polypeptide whose one to several amino acid residues are deleted, replaced, inserted or added and having alkaline phosphatase activity; and a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence which has identity of ≥85% of the polypeptide and having alkaline phosphatase activity. |
