PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-attachment type device that easily cools a photovoltaic power generation panel and can obtain a certain level of hot water in order to solve a problem that, in a conventional photovoltaic power generation panel, energy other than photovoltaic energy used in power generation is converted to heat, there may arise a risk for lowering the power generation efficiency due to a rise of a temperature of the panel itself, the heat must be dissipated to the outside, precious thermal energy cannot effectively be utilized, there may arise a problem of a rise of temperatures of surrounding constructions, at the same time, a method for embedding the cooling structure into the photovoltaic panel causes a large scale, there may arise such a malfunction as the deterioration of the panel caused by the use of water, and when differently installing a photovoltaic hot water machine for obtaining hot water, an installation area of the panel is reduced by its installation amount, thus causing a surplus time and labor and expense.SOLUTION: A container is post-attached which comes into close contact with a backside of a photovoltaic power generation panel and has water flowing inside. |
