PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of effectively exchanging heat by outside fluid flowing through an outside tube body.SOLUTION: An EGR cooler 1 as a heat exchanger exchanges heat between exhaust gas G flowing through an inside tube body 2 and cooling liquid C flowing through an outside tube body 3. Further, a fin 17 (fin for the outside liquid) for the cooling liquid inclined to an axial direction are arranged between the outside tube body 3 and the inside tube body 2, and thereby the cooling liquid flowing through the outside tube body turns in a helical shape from an upstream side to a down stream side by the fin for the cooling liquid. |
