PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for punching out a minute pattern from a paper-based rolled base material, in which the punched-out chips produced when the desired minute pattern is punched out, can be treated without being scattered and in which it can be confirmed that the desired minute pattern is surely punched out.SOLUTION: A method for punching out a minute pattern from a paper-based rolled base material includes the steps of: inserting the paper-based rolled base material and a punched-out chip receiving member having adhesion properties, which are separately supplied, into a space between a die cut roll and a backup roll while being superimposed on one another; punching out a prescribed minute pattern from the rolled base material; separating the rolled base material from the punched-out chip receiving member; and winding the chip receiving member to remove the punched-out chips sticked to the chip receiving member from the rolled base material. An inspection machine inspects the punched-out chip receiving member which is separated from the rolled base material and to which the punched-out chips are stuck before winding. |
