PURPOSE: A PWM(Pulse with Modulation) Signal operation circuit which uses insulation signal feedback, and a signal control method thereof are provided to improve product reliability by confirming the transmission of a PWM signal, and to lower the prices of circuit components, thereby supporting the production and sales of competitive products. CONSTITUTION: A PWM signal operation circuit includes a PWM signal transfer circuit(101) which generates and supplies PWM signals which are transmitted as insulated signals by using a high speed photo-coupler(130); and an insulation signal feedback circuit(102) for the steady-state comparison of the signal transmission where the feedback signal of a low speed photo-coupler(170) for the feedback of the signal, which is output by the high speed photo-coupler, is compared with a transmitted signal before the transmission of the high speed photo-coupler.
