PURPOSE: A battery pack is configured to readily solder a connection tap and a conductive member together as the connection tab and the spacer are latched with each other to firmly fix the spacer. CONSTITUTION: A battery pack includes: at least one connection tab member coupled with the battery pack and having a connection tab (31) extended outside of the pack; a protection circuit module (20); a conductive member (40) electrically connecting the connection tab member to the protective circuit module; and a spacer (50) having a connection part bond to a combining part of the connection tab. The spacer has the conductive member and is arranged in a first location adjacent to at least one battery cell. The connection tab of the connection tab member is coupled with the connection part of the spacer and the conductive member.
