PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid vehicle that can stop an engine at a desired position without generating the rattling noise by removing the backlash of the driving system gear part.SOLUTION: When controlling to make an operating condition of an engine 100 a stop state, an ECU 170 is given a stop torque to the engine rotation stop direction by a first motor generator 110, and at the same time, given a backlash reduction torque to the opposite direction to the stop torque by a second motor generator 120. The backlash reduction torque of the second motor generator 120 increases if the position of piston member 108 detected by a rotation angle sensor 109 approaches the neighborhood of a top dead center or a bottom dead center. |
