PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for transporting and heating a liquid for supplying and distributing a screen washing liquid capable of efficiently distributing calory generated by a heating element.SOLUTION: There are provided devices 10, 15 each of which transports and heats liquid and intended to be installed between a means for circulating the liquid and a wiper brush constituting a wiping system of a vehicle window, and comprises a wall 21 delimiting at least one liquid circulation duct 22, 23, and in which a heating element 24 comprising at least one first electrically-conductive strand 25 and at least one second electrically-conductive strand 26 is embedded in the wall 21, and in which a spacer means 31 which extends at least between the strands 25, 26 is provided. |
