A signaling indication method for downlink power allocation is provided in the embodiments of the present invention. The signaling indication method comprises: a Base Station (BS) sends ratio information of Energy per-Resource-Element (EPRE) and the timing indication information of said ratio information to user equipment, wherein the ratio information indicates downlink channel power allocation in a Almost Blank Subframe (ABS) or a low power subframe, and enables the User Equipment (UE) to demodulate or measure said downlink channel according to the ratio information and the timing indication information. With the embodiments of the present invention, during the power used by downlink physical channels carrying unicast service in the ABS or low power subframe is dynamically changed, the user equipment can correctly demodulate the data jointly modulated by phase and amplitude, or perform channel state measurements exactly.
