<p>PURPOSE: A sealing device of a wheel bearing is provided to improve the durability and marketability of a wheel bearing by improving the compressive force of a sealing member through the shape change and separated distance of an inner steel member and an outer steel member and improving sealing performance. CONSTITUTION: A sealing device (100) of a wheel bearing comprises an outer steel member (120), an inner steel member (110), and a sealing member (130). The outer steel member comprises a first outer wheel mounting part (122), a second outer wheel mounting part (124), a first outer steel extension part (126), and a second outer steel extension part (128). The outer wheel mounting part is mounted on an end of the outer circumference of an outer wheel (40). The second outer wheel mounting part is curved and extended from an end of the first outer wheel mount part towards the outer wheel and is mounted on the inner circumference of the outer wheel. The first outer steel extension part is slopingly curved and extended from the second outer wheel mounting part towards the inner steel member. The second outer steel extension part is curved and extended from the first outer steel extension part towards an inner wheel. The inner steel member comprises an inner wheel mounting part (112) and an inner steel extension part (114). An inner steel mounting part is mounted on the outer circumference of the inner wheel and faces the second inner wheel mounting part. The inner steel extension part is curved and extended from an end of the inner wheel mounting part. The inner steel extension part faces the first and second outer steel extension parts, and the first outer wheel mounting part. The sealing member is equipped in an internal space between the outer and inner steel members and is joined to the outer steel member.</p> |
