The present invention provides a data communication method in a terminal of a wireless communication system, an apparatus for data communication, and a data communication method in a base station of a wireless communication system. According to an embodiment, the data communication method in the terminal comprises the steps of receiving cyclic shift information for a reference signal from the base station, and transmitting, to the base station, data and the reference signal being cyclically shifted based on a cyclic shift value. The cyclic shift value is determined based on a dynamic cyclic shift value mapped to the cyclic shift information for reference signal according to table being predefined.
