PURPOSE: An uplink control channel, an uplink data channel transmitting method, and an apparatus thereof are provided to reduce the signaling overhead in the uplink channel transmission. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit receives a downlink control message. A control unit (1301) extracts a start point of a dynamic physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource region from the downlink control message. A transmission unit transmits an uplink channel according to the extracted start point of the dynamic PUCCH resource region. The control unit measures the channel quality according to channel status information reference Signal (CSI-RS) data.
