PURPOSE: A vehicle arrival estimation informing system and a method thereof are provided to enable a user to grasp the correct movement location of a shuttle vehicle and to reduce communication costs. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle terminal(10) periodically transmits 'a report message in which a speed or location of a vehicle is included by using a GPS' to a vehicle arrival estimation server. A user terminal(20) provides a path of a shuttle vehicle to a user, transmits a notification request message to the vehicle arrival estimation server if a request location is designated in the path of the shuttle vehicle, and receives a notification message from the vehicle arrival estimation server if the shuttle vehicle passes the request location. A vehicle arrival estimation server(30) estimates 'an estimated movement speed of the shuttle vehicle by using the report message which is transmitted from the vehicle terminal' and 'an estimated report location of the report message which is reported next from the shuttle vehicle'. The vehicle arrival estimation server transmits the notification message to the user terminal if a request location which a user requests exists between the report message location and the estimated report location which are transmitted from the vehicle terminal. |
