PURPOSE: A swirl local air exhauster is provided to increase exhaust efficiency and expand an exhausting area because there is no gap between a hood and a swirler. CONSTITUTION: A swirl local air exhauster includes a swirler (110) and a driving unit (120). The swirler is installed at the end of the inhaling unit of a vent pipe and rotates in order to generate swirl. The driving unit is installed in the vent pipe and is connected to the swirler to rotate the swirler. The swirler includes a hood member, multiple lower wings, multiple upper wings and a guide member. The hood member has a disc shape and an air inlet side of the member has a concave groove shape. The lower wing is installed at the air inlet side of the hood member. The upper wing is installed at the side opposing the surface of the vent pipe of the hood member.
