COMPONENT INSERTION POSITION COMPENSATOR AND INSERT THE DEVICE COMPONENTS HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A device for correcting the insertion location of components and a component insertion device with the same are provided to prevent errors of component assembling by accurately inserting a component in a desired position and to improve production capability by minimizing a part needed for mechanical processing and a product assembling process. CONSTITUTION: A device (1) for correcting the insertion location of components comprises an upper plate (10), a lower plate (20), multiple guide shafts (31) and an elastic member (38). The guide shafts are arranged with the same interval around the penetration hole of the upper plate and lower plate. One end of each guide shaft is fixed to either the upper plate or the lower plate and the other side of each guide shaft moves corresponding to either the upper plate or the lower plate. The elastic member is arranged to surround the guide shafts between the upper and lower plates.
