PURPOSE: An overseas remittance method and a system thereof are provided to reduce the time delay of overseas remittance due to an absence of wait time for a batch job. CONSTITUTION: An overseas remittance system (10) comprises a remittance terminal (100), a prohibited transfer filtering server (200), an overseas remittance server of a remitting bank (300), and an overseas receiving server of a receiving bank (400). The remittance terminal receives overseas remittance request data and transmits the data to the prohibited transfer filtering server. The prohibited transfer filtering server determines whether the overseas remittance request is normal or not using the received overseas remittance request data, and transmits a message which indicates that the remittance request is accepted to the remittance terminal if the request is normal. After the overseas remittance server searches the overseas receiving server of the receiving bank, the overseas remittance server transmits the overseas remittance request data.
