PURPOSE: A sludge processing device is provided to improve performance, save energy, and recycle a belt press instead of a thickener. CONSTITUTION: A sludge processing device comprises a thickener (100), a thickening adjusting bath (200), a belt press (300), a screw press (400), and a concentration adjusting unit (500). The thickener mixes sludge and a coagulant and stores a resultant product. The thickening adjusting bath receives coagulated sludge from the thickener. The belt press receives sludge which is controlled by the thickening adjusting bath. The screw press receives sludge which has water content of 85-90% by being dehydrated in the belt press. The concentration adjusting unit adjusts the concentration of the sludge which is dehydrated in the belt press.
