PURPOSE: A stick type tea bag and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to allow a user to hang a grip part on the edge of a cup when tea sufficiently brews, thereby preventing the tea from brewing no more. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a stick type tea bag (1) includes: a step of removing the part of a paperboard in order to symmetrically form a pair of holes based on a virtual centerline on the paperboard; a step of respectively forming grooves at jigs correspondingly to the holes, and respectively placing the jig at one side of the paperboard; a step of respectively placing mesh members at the upper sides of the holes in order to cover the holes; a step of inserting a pressing rod into the groove with pressing one side of the mesh member using the pressing rod, and bonding the edge of the mesh member to a part adjacent to the hole on the paperboard; and a step of folding the paperboard based on the centerline with containing tea (7) in a storage pouch (6), and bonding inside the paperboard. |
