PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a motor and to reduce the gap between magnetic poles and a rotor by forming a cylinder becoming a motor case integrally with a bracket positioned at one port of the cylinder and further forming magnetic poles integrally with the part of the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 1 becoming a motor case and one bracket 2 are formed integrally with resin molding means, and the other bracket 3 is clamped at the cylinder 1 with screws. A cylindrical yoke 5 having a connecting hole 4 is telescoped within the cylinder 1 at the radially confronting position. A hole 6 for exposing the yoke part at the inside and the outside is perforated. Magnetic poles 7 made of synthetic resin in which ferrite powder is mixed are concentrically formed with the cylinder 1 at the inside of the yoke via the hole 4 and the hole 6 at the outside and are magnetized by suitable means. Accordingly, the concentrical accuracy of the cylinder and the bracket can be improved, and the air gap between the magnetic poles and the rotor can be thus minimized. |
