PURPOSE: An emergency call abuse prevention system using a smart phone and a method thereof are provided to transmit the emergency situation of a smart phone user to an emergency service server, and thereby the policemen of the emergency service server are sent to the location of the smart phone user which is transmitted by a mobile telecommunications company. CONSTITUTION: An emergency service server (400) transmits mobilization data generated to rescue a smart phone user to a police station or a fire station whose coordinates are located within the radius of the smart phone (100). The emergency service server generates banking transaction stopping data which directs the banking service of a bank account included in a request for stopping a banking service, which is transmitted by a guardian terminal (300), to be performed through a virtual account. The emergency service server transmits data including the generated banking transaction stopping and an emergency rescue request to a bank server (500). The emergency service server generates credit card theft data according to a credit card identification number which is received from the guardian terminal. The emergency service server transmits the generated credit card theft data to a credit card company server (600). |
