PURPOSE: A defensive smoking method is provided for no smoking in the long term with a method of reducing the suction rate by setting on phased smoking range. CONSTITUTION: A defensive smoking method is a method which reduces the smoking amount in a phased smoking method by letting the brain to learn it for reducing and inhaling toxic material.
