The device has longitudinal airfoils (1) rectilinearly placed on two sides of a carrying structure (3) and extended approximately parallel to a rolling axis (X). The longitudinal airfoils are symmetrical to each other with respect to a plane that is defined by the rolling axis and a yaw axis. Multiple protection units (7) are provided on a side of the longitudinal airfoils and extended outside the longitudinal airfoils with respect to the carrying structure. Each protection unit comprises a cross section delimited by a plane that passes through the yaw axis.
