PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick, simple, highly accurate, and low analysing cost measuring device excellent in long term durability attaining measurement of L-histidine oxidase fixing body, L-arginine oxidase fixing body, and L-histidine or L-arginine using the fixing bodies.SOLUTION: An amino acid oxidase fixing body is characterized in that L-histidine oxidase or L-arginine oxidase comprising amino acid sequence in which arginine in 305th is substituted by leucine or asparaginic acid in the amino acid sequence of L-glutamic acid oxidase and which has a property for mainly catalyzing oxidising deaminizing reaction of L-histidine or L-arginine is fixed, an amino acid measuring device has an electrochemical detecting means detecting the amino acid oxidase fixing body oxygen decreasing, hydrogen peroxide increasing, and ammonium by the reaction catalysed by the oxidase in the vicinity of the fixing bodies. |
